0.1mm Constant Elastic Wire 3J53 Ni Span C Wire For Elastic Sensitive Components
3J53 is a Fe Ni Cr Ti constant elastic alloy with excellent elastic properties and stable mechanical properties, maintaining stable performance in the range of -60 to+100 ℃. It has high elastic modulus, good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, thermal stability, and processing performance, and is widely used in fields such as springs, medical devices, optical electronic devices, etc. With the development of technology, the application prospects of 3J53 will continue to expand.
Constant elastic alloy wire, also known as constant force spring wire, is a type of wire that is designed to provide a constant force or tension over a specific range of extension or compression. It is made from a special alloy that has a consistent and predictable elastic behavior.
Constant elastic alloy wire is commonly used in applications where a constant force or tension is required, such as in retractable cords, balance springs, and various mechanical devices. The wire is designed to exert a constant force regardless of the extension or compression distance, providing stability and reliability in the application. It is often chosen for its ability to maintain a consistent force over a long period of time, even with repeated use and exposure to environmental conditions.
Composition and Performance
1. Composition: 3J53 alloy is mainly composed of three elements: nickel, chromium, and copper, with a high nickel content of about 53%. In addition, it also contains a small amount of elements such as iron, manganese, and silicon to improve the overall performance of the alloy.
2. Performance: 3J53 alloy has the following outstanding properties:
(1) High elasticity: The elastic modulus of this alloy varies slightly within the range of -20 ℃ to+200 ℃, maintaining between 70-80GPa, and has good elastic recovery ability.
(2) Wear resistance: 3J53 alloy has high surface hardness and excellent wear resistance, which can resist the erosion of various abrasives.
(3) High temperature stability: This alloy can maintain good mechanical properties such as yield strength, tensile strength, etc. at high temperatures.
(4) Corrosion resistance: Although the corrosion resistance of 3J53 alloy is not as good as that of stainless steel and other materials, it can still exhibit good corrosion resistance in certain specific environments (such as dilute acid and alkaline solutions).
