FeCrAl alloys are characterized by excellent oxidation resistance and very good form stability resulting in long element life.

They are typically used in electrical heating elements in industrial furnaces and home appliances.

Fe-Cr-Al alloy with high resistivity and serviceability temperature than that for NiCr alloy and also has lower price.

Manufacture Processs The manufacture started with producing ingot by advanced vacuum melting process. The wire production includes forging, rolling, annealing and drawing. From the ingot to the final thin wire, manufacture process is operated with high standard quality control system. There will be quality test for each batch of product, such as test to diameter tolerance, content, hardness, etc.
